The Essential Labour Kit....for those who just want to get it sorted! Add a couple of more luxurious items to this kit if you fancy a bit of a treat - perhaps some great massage oil from Natalia or Essential Care, some Labour Instant Energiser, or some Rescue Remedy....

- Black Hairbands. Keep your hair off your face - helps you to keep cool.
- Brown Hairgrips.
- Hairbrush - small. It's useful to have a spare packed....those first photos are with you forever! Some people find it relaxing to have their hair brushed during labour.
- Cotton Flannel - get your birth partner to mop your brow.
- Water Spray Bottle. Helps to keep you cool.
- Lypsyl (keeps dry lips at bay - all that huffing & puffing wreaks havoc)!
- Slippers for padding around in (one size genuinely fits all) - very comfy, white open toe towelling. You may be walking around a lot in early labour.
- Lucozade Energy Orange Glucose Tablets - 49g.
