The Gentle Hands CD has been specially commissioned and contains a selection of action songs for you to have fun with your baby before, during and after massage or indeed anytime you have a moment to fill and there is laughter to be had.
There are lullabies and nursery rhymes sung gently and softly to generate calm and capture your baby's attention.
The CD has 19 tracks and over 30 minutes play time.

This spiral bound 14 page booklet is a complete guide to the basic moves in baby massage. Fully illustrated with photos and line drawings which clearly show the hand movements needed and there are suggested songs and rhymes to sing or hum as you massage.
You will find all the words of the songs and rhymes there as well as a section on general hints and tips and a few extra action rhymes to get you both in a happy and contented mood.
