An absolute must in any labour bag.
30 x 30cm, 600GSM, 100% cotton plain flannel, blue. A great idea to pack one for cooling you down during labour - get your birth partner to mop your brow!
Almost essential if you're planning to use water for the labour or delivery....take it from me, you get pretty hot!! Having forgotten a flannel myself, I can tell you that dampened paper towels (you know the green kind they have in hospitals) do not smell nice when they're used to mop brows!
